Big Broadcast Reunion
Arne Zaslove invites you to spend the evening with some good old friends: Jack Benny and Rochester, Vic and Sade, the gang at Allen's Alley, George Burns and Gracie Allen, Baby Snooks and a couple of U.S. Presidents, and more.
Join us at the historic Century Ballroom (in Oddfellows Hall) on Capitol Hill - a vintage setting for a long-awaited reunion. For one performance only, 8:00 p.m. on Friday, July 18, you can revisit the golden age of radio, as the Bathhouse Theatre company brought it to you, time and again.
And speaking of old friends, the evening will feature performances from G. Valmont Thomas, Randy Hoffmeyer and Gretchen Orsland, John Patrick Lowrie and Ellen McLain, David F. White, Lawrence Albert, Leslie Law, Faye B Summers, Timothy Hyland, and many more (plus some surprise guests).
The ticket price will benefit Arne's new venture, Hit and Theatre Company, which brought you (last year alone) "Our Town" at Century Ballroom, Tom Lehrer's "Poisoning in the Park" and "The Realm of Whispering Ghosts" at the Bathhouse Theatre last summer (http://www.iftrumanmeteinstein.com/).
There will be a no-host bar, and you are welcome to make dinner reservations at the Tin Table, just across the hall, before the show: http://thetintable.com/
Tickets: $45
