Homewood Story Series > Class in Storytelling
Are you amazed at how others tell their stories, wishing you had the courage to do the same?
Do you sometimes feel they make it look easy, but it would be way too hard for you?
The world needs to hear your story, too! Everyone has a story, what's yours?

Don't hold back!
Come join us for a story telling class. All levels welcome! Learn how to connect with your story. Learn how to engage with the audience.  Discover your voice and express yourself fully and naturally! Gain the confidence to stand and deliver without notes! All while having a blast in a small group setting.
Each week builds upon the week before. Class size is kept to 6 to ensure everyone has time to workshop a story each week.

Karen O'Donnell, D.D.S. says she is blessed to tell stories to captive audiences of hopelessly mute while her hands are busy doing dentistry. Karen has studied improvisational theatre at Comedy Sportz, has trained with Tony Robbins and other leaders in the personal development field, and has told stories at Story Lab, Trace Chicago, Stoop Style Stories, Write Now, Chicago Solo Theater and in Flossmoor at the St. John's 4th of July Ice Cream Social. Passionate about storytelling, she created HOMEWOOD STORIES to 'bring it back home' to Homewood,,,, to share with and tap into the talent in the south suburbs, northwest Indiana and beyond.
