Nickel City Chef 'Taste of Autumn'
Now that you've seen the Nickel City Chefs in action at this summer's 4 sold-out Nickel City Chef competitions, you can pull up a seat at their table and taste what they can do! --- This luxurious meal is set in the stunning showrooms of Artisan's turn-of-the century warehouse. Replete with broad handhewn floor boards, beamed ceilings and exposed brick walls, this lovingly restored warehouse houses three unique $100,000 kitchens. Home to the Nickel City Chefs, Artisan allows ample room for each chef to prepare a marvelous course for our guests, who will experience all of the luscious flavors of fall course-by-course, accompanied by wines hand-selected by the chefs themselves. --- *The first course, a lovely soup, will be prepared by Nickel City Chef Krista Van Wagner of Curlys. The second course will be offered by Nickel City Chef Adam Goetz of Sample. The third course, a pasta dish, will be prepared by Nickel City Chef Paul Jenkins of Tempo, and finally, the main course, will be offered by Nickel City Chef JJ Richert of Torches. Dessert is a compilation of their talents, being titled "Apples, four ways". --- Nickel City Chefs Taste of Autumn dinner takes place on Thursday, October 15th, 2009 at 7pm (doors at 6:30pm). Come meet the chefs, taste the season and enjoy this very unique opportunity. Tickets are $75 per person including tax and gratuity.
