Cooking Demonstration with Fish Restaurant
Each month, King Street Kitchen Company hosts cooking demonstrations featuring Charleston's finest culinary artists for "Food and Wine Wednesdays". This month's event features an encore performance by Fish Restaurant extremely popular Chef Nico Romo, who will prepare a local poached egg dumpling with goat cheese on duck confit, a delicious item from Fish's new Summer Menu. Wednesday, July 8th, from 6:00 until 7:30, take home recipes that you can easily make in your own kitchen and meet some great people along the way. Proceeds benefit Louie's Kids.
