Lead by Grill Mayor Craig Jones
Learn how to convert indoor cooking to outdoor cooking and cook things you might not think of putting on the grill. This class builds on techniques from the previous Basics class to cook a complete meal on the grill.

The Grilling Series instructors are a husband and wife team of locally based outdoor cooking enthusiasts, Craig and Gay Jones.
Gay Jones laughingly calls herself the "First Lady of the Grill" to align with Craig's "Grill Mayor" title (Craig Jones was named the "Grill Mayor" in a national competition sponsored by Food Network and McCormick's Spices.)
Gay and Craig are also owners of Savory Addictions Gourmet Nuts. Craig cooks over live fire more than 300 days a year and believes everyone should get outside and grill. "I think cooking outdoors not only makes your food taste better, but it's a lot more fun," says Jones. "I'm going to show you how easy it is to do."
