Harlem Works Presents...Co-working and a Reading
Bring your laptop and notebooks! Come co-work with Harlem Works from 12-1 p.m. on Fri., June 13, then stay for a reading with two well-published writers, Pam Laskin and Golda Solomon. We'll supply tea and light refreshments, and you'll have a chance to win a subscription to Mosaic Literary Magazine.

About the readers:
Pam Laskin is a lecturer in the English Department, where she directs the Poetry Outreach Center. Several of her poetry chapbooks have been published: GRAND CENTRAL STATION won the Millennium Poetry Prize, and since that time REMEMBERING FIREFLIES (Plain View Press); SECRETS OF SHEETS (Plain View Press); GHOSTS, GOBLINS, GODS AND GEODES (World Audience); VAN GOGH'S EAR; (Cervena Barva Press) DARING DAUGHTERS/DEFIANT DREAMS;(A Gathering of Tribes); THE PLAGIARIST (Dos Madres Press) and THE BONSAI CURATOR (Cervena Barva Press) have been published.
Golda Solomon Poet-in-Residence at Blue Door Gallery, is a spoken word performer and professor.Solomon gigs around NYC and goes on the road with a fabulous roster of musicians and The Jazz & Poetry Choir Collective.Her work has appeared inThe Mom Egg Review,Heal(Clique Calm Books), andThe 35th Anniversary of Blind Beggar Press Collectors Edition Anthology.
