The Idle Playthings' Ctrl-Alt-Sketch & Tom Craine's Thoughts on Love
The Idle Playthings present Ctrl-Alt-Sketch, a musical sketch show. We browse the history of the internet from its inception to the present web of cats, porn and catty porn with one simple question: where did it all go wrong?
Bath based comedy troupe The Idle Playthings do it all - from stand up to sketches to improv. From humble beginnings sidelining in various Bath festivals, under the guidance of president Luke Mallison, ("a fast developing young force to be reckoned with" - Danny's Comedy Club 2013), they've hosted a range of cabaret nights, had a 3 year run in the Independent Bath Literature festival, performed a full Bath Fringe Festival sketch show and run charity comedy events for Oxjam Bath and Movember UK. Recently featured on BBC speech bubble, they also have a regular spot at Komedia and hosted a weekend of student comedy for Bath Comedy Festival.
Tom Craine - Thought's On Love
Tonight's headliner is the award-winning Bath born stand-up and one third of critically acclaimed sketch troupe Jigsaw.
