MIHO Cookout at Societe

The fine folks from MIHO Gastrotruck have assembled an amazing menu for a casual, four-course meal. Feel free to arrive anywhere between 12PM and 3PM to get some belly timber, with the last plates of food being served at 4PM. There will be no formal service for food and beer, so you'll be able to take your time with each course. And although the tasting room will remain open to the public, we cannot guarantee availability for walk-up guests.

The Offering:

COURSE 1
Food: Fried local halibut on ripe banana toston with fresh pineapple salsa
Beer: Old World

Course 2
Food: Poached farm egg on toasted pumpernickel bread and passion fruit hollandaise sauce
Beer: Out West

Course 3
Food: Sharp cheddar, bacon and Pupil braised beef pie topped with grapefruit dressed micro greens
Beer: Out West

Course 4
Food: Spicy chocolate mousse with salty and crispy rice topped with the pugilist foam
Beer: Stygian

UPDATE 6/6/14: Just to clarify, the ticket price includes a Second Anniversary glass and the four paired beers poured into it.

UPDATE 6/19/14: Please note that the hours of the event have changed slightly. You're welcome to start your meal any time between 12PM and 3PM, with final plates served at 4PM.
