Lost Scotch Night

Join us on Thursday, June 12, from 7pm-9pm for Lost Scotch Night!
The Lost Distillery Company will be bringing in three of their scotches: Sratheden, Gerston & Auchnagie. Lost Distillery specializes in bringing back brands lost in Scotland, sometimes for hundreds of years. Stratheden was in the town of Auchtermuchty in Fife, the scotch is gold, sweet, and peppery with a trace of salt. Gerston was located in a remote area of the far north of Scotland, two distilleries there lasted for over 80 years. The scotch is a light malt loaf with a slight steamy/smoky note and hints of hard toffee. Auchnagie Distillery was in Tulliemet for almost 100 years, the scotch is juicy, fruity with a trace of rich tea biscuit.
All scotches will be poured and discussed by Winston Evans of the Lost Distillery Company.
Food will also be provided: an appetizer spread of our famous chilled Smoked Salmon Clubs, Meats & Cheese Platters and for a sweet, our own Chocolate Bread Pudding. Details of the dishes provided below.

Salmon Club- chilled, smoked salmon, chive cream cheese, crispy bacon, lettuce & tomato, served on toasted wheat
Meats & Cheeses- chipotle Gouda, Dubliner white cheddar, Danish blue cheese, Irish bangers, kielbasa sausage, artisan flatbread, baked French bread, orange marmalade & brown mustard
Grafton Delight- oven warmed, homemade chocolate bread pudding topped with ice cream and whipped cream
