For the Love of Gin
There is a reason why bar chefs world-wide embrace gin as the go-to spirit for cocktails: what's not to like about spirit infused with a basket of delicious herbs like cinnamon, clove, cucumber, citrus and chamomile? The palate possibilities are endless! Tonight's spirit workshop will teach you the difference between London Dry, Genevier (Dutch) and Sloe Gin. We'll experiment with tonics, and then finish off the evening by creating a classy favorite: The Aviation. Imagine creating a cocktail so blue and beautiful that your friends will be talking about it for months. Light appetizers will be provided.
