Introduction to User Experience Design
User Experience (UX) Design is in higher demand now than it ever has been. While graphic designers focus on what it looks like, UX designers focus on how it makes us feel. Great UX design creates, pleasure, fun, and even delight as people now expect a higher level of service, utility, and enjoyment from their digital experiences.
There are few formal barriers to becoming a UX designer and now is a great time to start adding UX design to your workflow.
In this workshop we'll cover some basic skills including:
User Research and listening with empathy
Personas and customer journeys
Wire-framing and prototyping tools
User testing and evaluating feedback
UX deliverables and talking to clients
How to add UX design to your existing workflow
