Summer in the City: Inglewood
"Summer in the City" is a new series that will introduce APA LA's members to the latest innovative, proactive planning in cities around the Los Angeles region. Between June and September, we'll visit several cities whose staff will lead tours, site visits, and presentations that showcase their planning and community development efforts.
On June 21, we'll be kicking off the series in Inglewood. From the newly-renovated Forum and the soon-to-be redeveloped Hollywood Park, to a progressive Energy and Climate Action Plan and the new Crenshaw Line, there's a lot going on in Inglewood. Come explore it with us! Transportation will be provided to sites that may include:
-The future downtown Inglewood light rail station -Hollywood Park -The Forum -A a complex of work/live art studios
