Broadway Chamber Players Presents "From Dawn till Dusk"
For the final concert of our inaugural season, Broadway Chamber Players presents the premiere performance of the BCP Chamber Orchestra, led by conductor Constantine Kitsopoulos, in a program featuring two major works that bookend the rise and fall of Western tonality: J.S. Bach's swan song, "The Art of Fugue" (in the rarely heard transcription for string quartet and wind quintet by Samuel Baron), and Arnold Schoenberg's Chamber Symphony No. 1.

About Broadway Chamber Players:
Broadway Chamber Players comprises the finest instrumentalists, composers, and conductors across classical, jazz, and new-music fields, unified by one common thread--we all perform on Broadway. BCP seeks to continue Broadway's great tradition of live music by bringing its musicians from the pit to the stage, further enriching the Theater District concert scene by programming diverse chamber-music concerts and providing a fresh approach to hearing some of New York City's finest musicians in an intimate setting.
Our beloved partner in this exciting venture is St. Malachy's-The Actors' Chapel, which has remained an active, integral part of the dynamic Times Square/Theater District community since its founding in 1902. With the chapel's neo-Gothic pillars and superb acoustics serving as our home venue, Broadway Chamber Players will be able to showcase this living art form--right in the heart of Times Square.
