We are honored to bring Jon Emmerich, chief winemaker at Silverado, to Portland for this special event. On Diamond Cove, surrounded by the stunning vistas of Casco Bay, we'll pour Silverado's white, rosé and red wines, accompanied by Rosemont chef Brad Messier's delicious preparations of local, seasonal foods.
This special evening is timed to coordinate with Casco Bay Lines ferries. You can take the 5:45 boat from Portland, and we'll end in time for you to return on the 9:15. Of course, if you're staying out on the island, it's even simpler!
