Crystal Stilts with Great Western Plain
Hot off a slew of best-album-of-the-year nods, Brooklyn post-punkers, Crystal Stilts make their Portland debut. Their most recent record, Nature Noir, finds them refining their amalgam of shoegaze, psych, country, soul, pop and proto-punk into a new sound totally of their own. Maine boys, Great Western Plain open up the night with their explosive fuzz-country, jangly sludge-punk and devil may care attitude.
