Our Event The VUDE is going vegetarian in honor of this season's freshest, healthiest produce. Chef Lois Blanford Rivera runs an amazing vegan restaurant with an incredibly loyal following, and we want to expose her to a broader audience with a one-time-only, pop-up dinner.
Please join us for a multi-course, paired meal. With locally sourced produce from Foraged & Found Edibles, Tonnemaker Family Orchards, Osprey Hill Farm, Foraged & Found Edibles, Ralphs Greenhouse, and Farmbox Greens, this adventurous meal will showcase the best the Pacific Northwest has to offer.
As always at the VUDE, each course will come with an incredible pairing. Expect amazing wines from Hand of God and fantastic cocktails.
Lois's Philosophy Lois believes that everything should be made from scratch, with fresh, unprocessed ingredients. She prizes locally sourced, organic foods, and keeps meals seasonal and reflective of what's happening in the environment around us.
