Orange Mannequin Jazz and Art

Orange Mannequin presents pianist sensation Leo Genovese who will lead an intense trio in this South American musical journey. Orange Mannequin invites the highest level in musical artistry and professionalism, so please do not expect "dinner jazz". Leo Genovese is a master pianist who tours with Esperanza Spalding's band, globe-trotting to all kinds of venues, from Carnegie Hall to under a tree at a side of a non-existent road. Leo plans to throw a seriously burning drummer and bassist to our senses. Francisco Mela on drums has increasingly become one of the most talked about and in-demand drummers on the scene in New York and beyond. He is currently a favorite among jazz elite Herbie Hancock,Quincy Jones,Joe Lovano, and John Scofield. Bassist, Francesco Marcocci will anchor this trio with his bass playing flair.

We will have brilliant live art by Callie Garcia, an exceptional undergraduate in the fine arts, accomplished in painting and fashion design, and an experienced assistant gallery representative.
