The Joy of Cheese Presents The Joy of Cheese d.b.a six pack: Farmhouse Ales
In the second event of our hew, hour-long series, The Joy of Cheese d.b.a Six Pack, we will focus on six cheeses that French Farmhouse Ales! There will be samplings of superb ales and discussion of them by Ray Deter of d.b.a and Martin Johnson will reveal the deep dark secrets of six cheeses. In many ways beer and cheese pair together better than wine and cheese and in this new series we will explore the different ways certain beers and certain cheeses bring out the best in each other. Admission is $20 and space is limited.
