The Joy of Cheese Presents The Stella Seven: Francophiles Delight
Its durn near impossible to think about cheese without France coming to mind. From the splendor of the Loire Valley to the majestic slopes of the Jura, in almost every nook and cranny of France, they make great cheese. Come join us July 16 at 7 at Stella, 213 Front Street (near the South St. Seaport) for Francophiles Delight, a Bastille Week sampling of nine awesome French cheeses and four impressive wines to match. Martin Johnson will discuss the cheeses in terms of geography, production and flavor, Peter Jamros will demystify the pleasures of wine. All attendees will leave with smiles on their faces and Paris on their minds. Tickets are $40.
