Lullaby Winery is Virginie Bourge, French-national turned Washington State hands-on winemaker of the most gorgeous degree. Her wines have consistently been praised, including earning the Seattle Magazine White Wine of the Year 2013, with the stunning Viognier that you will have with this dinner. Not surprising knowing that this lady grew up on a vineyard and did her formative training in Champagne, the Loire, Burgundy, and the Rhone.
Inspired by the idea of a French coutryside dinner and Virginie's beautiful wines, The Westin Bellevue Executive Chef Ivo Sandrea has created a 5-course French-Fusion menu with five elegantly-paired courses:
