SOLSTICE SACRED CIRCLE DANCE
Join us for dancing and drumming in celebration of the Summer Solstice!! Instructor Ellen Kennedy has been teaching Sacred Circle Dances for over eighteen years. She has taught internationally and in workshops with such luminaries as Brian Swimme, Matthew Fox and Joan Borysenko. Trained at the Findhorn Foundation in Scotland, Ellen is dedicated to keeping the joy of dancing in community alive. All dances will be taught; they are simple, celebrative and connecting. We will end the evening with an improvisational drum circle led by percussionist David Roitman, who studied with renowned African drum master Baba Olatunji, and facilitates creative expression and spontaneous fun!
