About Mark Dobbie
Mark Dobbie is an Australian born chef who has been cooking internationally for over 10 years, chasing authentic Thai cuisine all over the world, spending 5 years at Nahm restaurant (voted San Pellegrino's Best Restaurant in Asia) under the watchful eye of David Thompson.
