Fermentation Fervor - Fundraiser and Workshop
Three presentations from 1-5 on the health benefits of fermentation and demonstrations on making fermented foods at home. There will be local vendors providing samples of fermented foods, as well as a film at 6:30 titled MicroWarriors.
For those who are interested in taking a workshop and bringing home a fermentation kit of their own are encouraged to pre-purchase a workshop ticket.
Ticket prices are offered on a sliding scale. Please pay what you are comfortable contributing.
