RenMen I
Renaissance Men is Boston's all-new, all-male vocal chamber sextet, with impassioned interpretation of under-appreciated polyphonic music spanning the centuries.
In our first concert series, June 6th at Church of the Advent and June 7th at St. Paul's Brookline, we are performing four, five, and six-part motets composed by Jacob Handl; Tallis's full "Lamentations of Jeremiah"; and modern compositions by Rebecca Clarke, Jackson Berkey, Reginald Unterseher, Salvatore A. LoCascio, Virgil Thomson, and Daniel E. Gawthrop.
