Warning: curves ahead! Join us as we officially open the 30-mile Arabia Mountain PATH trail system. This paved trail is NOT a rails to trails project so it flaunts hills, sharp curves, and even more hills! Stunning natural landscapes and historic sights make this ride well worth the effort.
As an extra bonus the first 200 registrants will be given a one-of-a-kind souvenir that you can wear as a badge of honor. We will begin the day with a short ribbon cutting celebration and then start the ride.
Ride Specifics
Date/Time: Saturday, June 14th at 8:00 am
Location: Monastery of the Holy Spirit 2625 Georgia, Conyers, GA 30094
Length: 38 miles of hills, curves, historic landmarks, and extraordinary landscapes
RSVP: The first 200 registrants will receive a unique souvenir! The cost to be a part of the first official ride of the trail system is $10. This fee will help the Arabia Mountain National Heritage Area continue to support the creation of hike/bike trails within the heritage area.
Route: The ride will start at the Monastery of the Holy Spirit and go to the City of Lithonia. After a short break at a snack table in Lithonia we'll head back to the Monastery. Bring your own lunch and picnic blanket to enjoy on the peaceful Monastery grounds.
