Do Not Adjust Your Stage present: The Wunderkammer 4 When Hue Become One
"Join improv group Do Not Adjust Your Stage and special guests as they take their inspiration for improvised scenes from leading experts, academics, curators and all-round huge brains to create totally improvised comedy scenes, stories and characters. The Wunderkammer is a wonderful journey of discovery, intrigue and knowledge. Part Ted-style talk, part improvised comedy show. Come and see what's inside our cabinet of curiosities."
This month's guest speakers include philosopher DR JAMES ANDOW, who will be exploring what we think about colours what is their nature and how do they make us feel? In academia, James asks questions about the role of intuitions in philosophy. Sometimes he answers them. James is currently a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Nottingham, based at the British Horological Institute.
The second speaker, equine expert and lecturer HELEN BETHAM. Helen will provide a whistle-stop tour through the science of love, and the more unconventional mating rituals of some of our most exotic friends in the animal kingdom.
