You'll get a tour of the cafe kitchen and learn how to make a variety of Spanish tapas including: Spicy Shrimp with Garlic Olive Oil, Blue Cheese Stuffed Dates Wrapped in Bacon Tortilla Española (Egg and Potato Frittata) Chorizo a la Sidra (Chorizo cooked in cider) and more. You'll also make a special Sangria, then sit down to enjoy all the delicious creations!
Space is limited to 12, so please register before May 29. On Line registrations only. No walk ups the day of.
$50 per person, 21+ Sliding scale rate also available, email by May 26 to inquire.
