Voodoo Glow Skulls, Monkey, Before Twenty at the Brewhouse July 24th
SKACore Kings VOODOO GLOW SKULLS(from Riverside) return to the stage at the Brewhouse at Hero's 821 L St Modesto on Thursday July 24th. Fronted by the Casillas Brothers Frank, George and Eddie and backed by some of their best friends they have been performing all over the world since 1988. One of the first punk bands to release an album both in english and in spanish "Firme" helped solidify their standing in the Rock en Espanol market. VGS has released full length on Dr Strange, Epitaph, Victory, Smelvis and California Street Music selling over a million copies combined.
Monkey(Asian Man Records) is an award winning SKA/Reggae band from San Jose who have been going strong for 18 years. They have toured all over the world and are gearing up to hit Japan soon. We are always happy to have them back in Modesto.
Before Twenty play SKApodge SKA, Punk, Metal, Rock, Polka and whatever else makes them happy. They are Modesto's longest going SKA influenced band and always bring a crowd.
