Johnny Tewtones, Ace Detective, is just a simple Private Dick trying to make his way in a city rife with crime. When a sultry Hollywood dame with legs that go all the way up hires him to solve her own murder, he takes the case and heads for Tinseltown, the place were dreams come true and death is done in style. Who's picking off every actress cursed with playing the lead role in Mata Hari's Revenge? How will Johnny solve the crime in a town filled with paid liars? What does the up and coming Socialist Party from Germany have to do with any of it? And how many cliché monologues can one detective spew in a two-act play?
