Medical School. First year. Students are thrown into Gross Anatomy class where they see their own mortalities reflected in the dead bodies that lay before them - waiting to be cut up. Some students are reverent. Others turn to humor to lessen the horror in front of their faces. Sensing her cadaver's not at rest, Alison sets out to discover the truth behind this mysterious body. But each clue comes at a price - someone's life. The closer she gets to discovering the truth, the greater the unrest the spirit trying to communicate with her undergoes. Soon, she must risk it all and the lives of those around her in hopes that if she can put the body to rest, the killings with stop.
