Diego Garcia "EL TWANGUERO"
On tour from Spain, Diego Garcia (www.diegogarciaguitar.com) is one of the best Spanish guitarists in the world. At the age of 8, Diego Garcia entered the Music Conservatory of Valencia (Spain). During the next seven years he studied classical guitar, harmony and music. At the age of 16, he was already teaching electric guitar to his own students at La Sala, a renowned school in Valencia. Diego combines flamenco, tango, South American folklore, Spanish guitar mixed with American roots music (Blues, Western-Swing & Rural Folk), and the result is called, twang guitar. A virtuoso guitarist, this is a once in a lifetime opportunity to hear such an extraordinary musician of this caliber! 8pm - $10.
