The Art of the Quest: the journey to joy, fulfillment, and success
Have you ever gotten this advice?
"You must have clear goals and measurable results."
We are bombarded with this message from both spiritual and business perspectives as if there is no other path to success and fulfillment in life. Sometimes, this advice is important and clear goals can make the difference. But it also may confuse you, take you off track, and make it harder for you to move forward in life because aiming for a goal is not what is needed. Sometimes it is not about a clear goal, it is being on a quest.
Have you ever wanted to step outside the boundaries of your life and go on an adventure of discovery? Have you ever felt a yearning that you could not quite pin down as if your heart longs for something greater and grander that is yet to be revealed?
These sentiments are the soul's yearning to quest for the deeper meaning in your life, to find higher truths to guide you, or to follow a path to your heart's desire. The urge to greater fulfillment from life arises because you know there is more of you to give or more of life to be had.
Most ignore these urgings or, at best, entertain fantasies of another life but never act on them sowing the seeds of future regret.
Some of the most profound moments, joyful experiences, life enhancing opportunities, and successful events in my life came not from pursuing a specific goal but rather from being on a quest. Questing is a lost art.
I believe it is the heart of the human experience. To go in search of something that you cannot name, to follow your heart, to open your life to what spirit has in store for you may seem a risky proposition but it may well be the only way to truly live your life and claim yourself.
Nick LeForce combines the power of NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) with the beauty and elegance of transformational poetry to help you connect with your authentic self and find the courage to follow your heart.
Nick LeForce is a special combination of creativity, emotional richness and heart. As a person, he lives from a place of genuine caring and curiosity. His poetry is full of both depth and subtlety. It is a joy and an honor to call him a colleague and a friend.

Amazing poetry. Impressions that really move the spirit. I have to read them in small doses. Two or three at a time and I am saturated. Well done.

Absorbing a poem you compose is like being wrapped in gold threads of silk so light yet firm, and soft all at the same time. You have helped me become a virtuous (closer to true) version of my ever evolving authentic self.
