Porkapalooza
Ryan Farr and Taylor Boetticher will be demonstrating how to butcher a 250lb Duroc pig from 'Good Farm'. The swine will then be thrown on the bbq and offered as snacks. This will be accompanied by pulled-pork sliders, home-made corn dogs and hot dogs w/all the fixin's, chicharrones and an assortment of taylor's fine meats and pate's. We will also offer a bacon infused bourbon that will be used in our custom 'old-fashioned's'.
