Which pairs better with a variety of foods.....Wine or Beer?
We will have Jonathan Oakes of LOEW and Ethan Cox of CBW on hand for the evening. They will personally pair off each course with a wine or beer and explain why they chose each pairing. After you try each pairing, you will vote on which was better! Votes will be tallied and a winner declared.
Ethan and Jonathan are already talking a big game, lambasting each other with lengthy taunts, ludicrous language, and fierce debate!
