Fete de Rose
Since Nightwood opened, we have featured one of Chicago's largest selections of rosé by the glass from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Running the gamut from pale salmon to deep fuchsia, these wines have been chosen because they're classic, food-loving representations of this remarkable style of wine.
On Sunday, June 1st we will be previewing our summer rose list by sampling out over 20 roses.
