Finding YOUR Way: Saturday 4:00pm
While it's wonderful to be inspired by other pole athletes, one of the hardest challenges you face is finding YOUR way. Trying to be someone else and accomplish all the biggest, newest tricks is not always the best way to become a phenomenal athlete and performer. Aryn will help you to discover a style, a feeling, a heartbeat through both floor work and aerial skills in this workshop. Get ready for a life changing hour. This not about big, bad tricks. It's about finding YOUR heartbeat, YOUR style and fuelling it's fire. Open to all levels. Please bring a short list of 2-3 pole moves that you already know that feel good to your body, we will build from there! Shoes of your choice or bare feet are just fine. All levels welcome.
The Mechanic is IN: Sunday 9:15am
One of the things Aryn is best at is helping pole athletes discover how their body moves and it's true strengths. After working with hundreds of different body types and shapes, Aryn is able to help just about anyone accomplish the moves of their dreams. This is a workshop for those who have "unicorn moves" that seem unreachable or those who have a sequence or singular trick you have been trying to nail, but haven't seemed to polish it. Bring a list, picture or video and Aryn will be able to do one of 2 things for you: 1) help you nail it or 2) give you solid building blocks to alter it for your body gain the strength/flexibility needed to make it happen. This workshop is great for pole athletes as well as instructors. All levels welcome.
