Nail Your Nemesis Move INT/ADV: Sunday 11:00a

Are you struggling with tricks like Superman, Ayesha or Extended Butterflies? This workshop shows you how to use proper muscle engagement and body alignment to nail your nemesis moves in no time! Many people find themselves mastering moves they have struggled with for years in a matter of minutes! Participants in this workshop must be able to invert to attend.

Creative Climbs & Daring Drops INT/ADV: Saturday 9:15am SOLD OUT! or Sunday at 2:30pm

This workshop is great for those who have mastered the basic climb and can perform a proper pull up. You will learn crowd pleasing, impressive, dramatic tricks and accents to revitalize moves that are already in your repertoire. Learn different ways to climb the pole, inversions, different drops, cartwheels down the pole, and daredevil moves!
