Laverne A. Caceres, M.A., is a nationally recognized presentation coach who has consulted with A/E/C firms for 25 years. As Director of The Professional Voice, she has worked with A/E/C firms across the country, helping them win projects, attract new clients and secure contracts. Notable projects include the Hoover Dam Bypass, Beverly Hills H. S. Modernization, California High Speed Rail and numerous USC design projects. Laverne and her firm have one of the highest shortlist win rates in the industry and she was recently selected as an instructor for the USC XED Program.
