Come see acclaimed singer/songwriter Freedy Johnston in the historic Arts at the Armory. Appearing in Somerville as part of his East Coast solo tour, Freedy Johnston is well known for his superbly crafted songs wedded to a roots-rock sensibility. He has released 11 albums with high praise for Can You Fly and This Perfect World which led Rolling Stone to call him Songwriter of the Year in 1994.
