Three of Portland's finest top a bill opened by a very special overseas guest to celebrate the release of Purse's 4-song EP, Indiana. PURSE (ex/current members - FUMARE, VERLA, HaruBangs & AWAAS) is a 3 headed Ghidorah with tinges of absolute hope, sacred mystery and layered cosmic impartations. SWARMLORD (Portland) features Adam Earley (I Barbarian, Down to Kill), Adam Cogswell (Confusatron, Johnny Cremains), and Nick Marquis (Paige Turner) playing war hymms from the violent honey fields of Maine with much volume, speed and intensity. Mouth Washington (Portland) wade proudly & confidently through the noisiest gutters of that nearly forgotten ghost town we call "rock", keeping the spirit alive and locked in a murderous chokehold. Raised on Isaac Brock, tempered with metal, with an energetic sound that is uniquely their own.
