Women & Wine Vertical Tasting
One of the most intriguing experiences in wine is doing a vertical tasting: sampling a single wine varietal from the same winemaker over several different vintages. Join us at Brian Carter Cellars as we do a vertical of their Byzance Southern Rhone-Style Red Blend. By isolating the production year as the only variable between bottles, you'll see how dramatic or subtle the wine changes from year to year. It's a unique opportunity to discover the winery's particular varietal style and composition while learning how varying weather conditions affect the grapes from one year to the next.
