Annex Theatre's Monthly Cabaret: the first Friday of every month, brand new performances every time and never the same show twice!
On the first Friday of every month Annex Theatre presents a late evening of unusual performance. Performers of every description present short works that range from the unusual to the simply indescribable. The show starts at 11pm at Capitol Hill's Oddfellows Hall, on the second floor in the East Hall Theatre. Admission is $7 and includes an entry into a raffle drawing.
The reunited line-up of "Awesome"! A snippet of the critically acclaimed play [sic], directed by Darian Lindle! The squalling saxophone of Gregory Reynolds! The glorious, ludicrous Maximum Impact Performance Squad! The Smallness of Peas, a sneaky new play written by Jennifer Haley, directed by Tom Milewski! The bemused wit of Josef Krebs! God knows what from the two-headed Gude/Laurance Monstrosity! The return of scintillating smutress Gillian Jorgensen! And more, more, more!
Including, as ever, the tumbling autumn leaves of our host Bruce Hall.
