Where is the line between personal responsibility and public health? NHS Tayside gives incentives to encourage people with Hepatitis C into treatment. Is this a good use of NHS resources for the greater good or an undermining of personal responsibility? We will explore the ethical issues associated with offering financial rewards in health-care.
