SNL DOSSIER: YOUR TICKET TO THE BIG LEAGUES
In the NBA of comedy, there's one crown jewel and its acronym is SNL. Since 1975, Saturday Night Live has been the gateway to countless successful careers in TV and film. Let comedian and SNL writer Heather Anne Campbell help you prepare your SNL packet, a calling card for landing that coveted job audition for a spot on the writing team. In this class, you'll learn about what pieces you'll need to make your portfolio stand out. Heather will share her tricks for generating original hysterical material and writing topical jokes. By the end of the class, you'll have created a draft of a stellar monologue or sketch for your submission packet for SNL or any late night TV show. Before you know it, you might get that call from Lorne Michaels!

About Heather Anne Campbell:
Heather Anne Campbell is a writer and voice actress for FOX's ADHD, and is newest cast member of CW's Whose Line is it Anyway. Her credits include Saturday Night Live and Drew Carey's Improv-a-Ganza, Incredible Crew on Cartoon Network, MADtv, Boom Chicago, and The Groundlings Sunday Company. She performs live at UCB Los Angeles with The Midnight Show and in the long-form improv show Last Day of School. Her Cagematch team, Heather&Miles, is the longest-running team in UCBLA history, with 49 wins. Formerly, Heather was senior editor of Play Magazine and Geek Monthly.
