Summer Garden Wisdom
Kumudini Shoba, Ayurvedic practitioner, will teach about Ayurveda and how to listen and open yourself to healing in the summer with flowers and herbs in this second in a series of three 2014 herbal workshops. This will be a hands on workshop held in the Westgarden and greenhouse.
Bring the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda to a bountiful Western Garden full of life energy, Prana. Learn how to apply natural laws of Vata, Pitta and Kapha to your daily life for balance, strength and Poise.
Kumudini Shoba is from a family in Sri Lanka with a long "Vaidhya" (healer) tradition. She is a Master Herbalist who has studied both eastern and western herbs. She also has a master's degree in bio-organic chemistry.
