Local Standby Pass
This standby pass is designed for residents of the New Hope area who want to see as many films as possible at the 2014 New Hope Film Festival in a very cost-effective way, but who also don't mind going home if they discover that a show has been sold out.
Here's how the Local Standby Pass works:
The pass provides convenient, cost-effective, one-ticket entry on a first-come, first-serve basis to any show not sold out in advance. As such, please be advised that the pass does not 100% guarantee entry to any show; the risk is on the holder of the ticket.
The Festival's two venues, New Hope Arts Center (2 Stockton Ave., New Hope) and Stephen J. Buck Memorial Theater (180 West Bridge Street, New Hope), have seating capacities of 210 and 498 people, respectively. Please note that Buck Memorial Theater is wheelchair accessible and New Hope Arts Center is not.
If 100% of the tickets available to the public have been sold out in advance, then the Local Standby pass is not good for entry. However, in the event that tickets are available for a show, then anyone in line for the show will gain entry as long as there are seats available when s/he reaches the front of the line.
All sales final. No refunds. Subject to the Festival's Refund and Cancellation Policy, which is found at http://www.newhopefilmfestival.com/cancellationpoli.html
