Annual Dinner
The Chicago Chapter of Les Dames d'Escoffier is holding their Annual Dinner and New Member Induction at Prairie Grass Cafe on Monday evening, June 22. Members should be sure to attend this important business meeting for updates on newly elected board members and introductions of newly invited members to our chapter. A seasonal and surely wonderful dinner will be prepared by Chef/Owner Dame Sarah Stegner.
