Viva la Guerrilla
Our first graffEats was quite the success. I personally want to thank all of who you contributed to be a part of the first graffEats Guerrilla Dining event. So..., were gonna keep at it! The graffEats website will be coming soon.
On May 16th we will be indulging in the arrival of celebrated painter and sculptor Carlos Michael Finn, (http://www.denversyntax.com/issue13/art/finn/finn.html), inspirations from a recent trip to southern Spain and modern nylon guitar by Dusty Brough, a mix of some original compositions, flamenco, brazilian, and jazz (www.dustybrough.com). At a secret location to be announced the day of the event, we'll be cooking up some delicious eats, with optional adult beverage pairings by our sommelier. As always graffEats will be giving back to the community in the form of a portion of the proceeds going to purchase books for students at Oakland High School. graffEats is a Guerrilla Dining society. Not only are the society gatherings a great place for adventuresome diners to satiate their urges, they are a locale driven dining experience. These "rambling dinners" all represent different themes. Some in posh locations with a view, others with a more rustic aesthetic. Each with the intention of evoking emotion and creating an overall true dining experience for the guest. The intention is to get to the core of what a dining experience is and take the diner out of the traditional restaurant paradigm, of course with some of the typical comforts of a restaurant. Most events will have a guest chef, wine or beer maker, farmer etc. Some events will have live performances by musicians and artists. All events will focus on celebrating our local sustainable ingredients and have a portion of the proceeds go to charity.

graffEats is at it again, presenting an intimate culinary adventure into a night in Spain. Each course, as always will feature organic ingredients, always local, natural, seasonal, wild when possible and even ingredients culled from our very own wilderness, which will be transformed into a meal not to be forgotten. Chef Blair Warsham, previously of Tinderbox and Cetrella HMB, will be taking point on creating a menu to bring to your knees.

Gratuity is not included in the price of a ticket.
Allergy and Vegetarian options can be made available with 72 hrs notice and a minor fee for extra efforts.

In order to maintain our high standard of service diners are asked to please notify Guerrilla Dining of any cancellations at least 72 hours before the date of the event. You may cancel on line through email at graffeats@gmail.com. Please note, all ticket donation are final. If you are unable to attend we urge you try to fill the reservation with another patron. Cancellations may have the option to be credited for future Guerrilla Dining events.
Guest reservations will be honored within 15 minutes of the reservations. Guests who fail to show will be considered a "No Show" and may have the option for a credit with future Guerrilla Dining events.
Now the part I have to mention but defiantly don't want to. By making a donation to graffEats the donor acknowledges it is a "dine at your own risk" situation. graffEats will not be held liable for incidents pertaining to the event. I think you know what we're getting at.
