Les Gastronomes du Dimanche
Come and join Isabelle Mazzoni, cook and food writer, for a convivial hands-on French cooking class and dinner on the last Sunday of every month. Each class centers around traditional French recipes prepared with local and seasonal ingredients. Les Gastronomes participate in cooking each course from entre, plat, to dessert, all taught in conversational French. The finale is a succulent meal prepared by the students and enjoyed around the table. French speakers and cooks of all levels welcome!
Isabelle is ready to share with you her favorite recipe for a perfect meal: A handful of friends, good ingredients, a good dose of passion and fun, cover to simmer with a good bottle of wine! Born in Paris and a San Franciscan since 1997, she is the author of the food blog One Bite At A Time! She qualifies her cooking as traditional, flavorful but simple and using all local and seasonal ingredients.

Sunday May 31st, 2009 at 4 PM. Dinner will be served at 7PM. Students are invited to bring their favorite wine selections to share.
Price: $80. Cancellations required 48 hours in advance. Location: Moussys, the cafe next to the Alliance Franaise, is generous to let us use their restaurant. We would like to thank them and invite you to check out their new menu.
