What happens when you take the best cheesemongers from around the country and put them in a warehouse in long island city with literally tons of amazing cheese? The Cheesemonger Invitational.
Come watch us pit monger against monger in a grueling cheese battle extravaganza. If you love cheese, I mean REALLY love cheese, then this is your favorite new sporting event. (And if you are lactose intolerant, you are not allowed in.)
A ticket purchased gets you into the event where its all you can eat from the best cheese people in the world, as well as, the coolest salumeria and freshest pickler. There will be fondue. There will be raclette. There will be grilled cheese sandwiches. Best of all, there will be special bites of cheese curated by every competing monger in the event. Oh, and its all you can drink beer and wine.
And while you ringing your cholesterol bell, you get to watch the Top Ten mongers duke it out for the title of Best Cheesemonger in America.
